The PDR info is provided by the people who manufacture the drugs, and is a bit technical while not providing information on practical aspects of side effects IMHO. I would suggest looking at Govoni and Hayes _Drugs and Nursing Implications_, its written to be read by nurses who have to deal with the various effects and what to expect. I've kept a current copy of it for about 15 years, its one of the best ones I found.
