Physostigmine Sulphate	1.00	\|	17 ½ grains
Sterilised Water	to 100.00	\|	to 4 fl. ounces

Dissolve the physostigmine sulphate in the sterilised water. This preparation is sometimes required of 0.5 per cent. strength, when it should be mixed with an equal volume of sterilised water.
