I object to the use of the blister, as a means of counter-irritation, and going further than this, I object to counter-irritation as a means of cure, when it can possibly be avoided, and I think it may be avoided in nearly all cases.
As an internal remedy, Cantharis will have but one use—as a stimulant to the urinary apparatus, especially the bladder. For this purpose it may be employed in small doses.
