Malouetia. Malouetia nitida Spruce. Gauchamaca. (Fam. Apocynaceae.)—This plant, of Venezuela, contains an alkaloid, guachamacine, which Kobert believes to be identical with curarine. (A. J. P., 1885, 560.)
