Ah, maybe. Yesterday I posted about a professional singer I treat---that was the first thing I managed to eliminate for her. She hadn't been able to turn her head for twelve years.
Coffee.

Sorry to be so vague. The point was NO coffee! The usual cause of constant neck problems is Qi Stagnation due to Heat. There are some other possibilities. What is the rest of your health like?

You may also want to try a hot salt compress. Heat any kind of salt over the stove (BUT watch it carefully and don't let it get too hot!) Then pour it into a old soak or the corner of a pillow case and apply as as hot compress to the area. It molds easily to the affected site and the salt seems to carry with it properties which can get the energy moving in the area. Massaging the feet with an aromatic oil such as peppermint or eucalyptus is also being suggested. Hope this isn't too far off point.

Someone mentioned about making a heating 'pad' using salt and I wanted to add that I have made a few using sturdy material bag filled with rice (uncooked, of course) which can be heated in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes for a nice moist heat that lasts for 45 minutes.
