Dissolve the glycyrrhizin in the liquid extract and the glycerin previously mixed; add the gluside dissolved in the previously mixed aromatic spirit of ammonia and spirit of cinnamon, and make up to the required volume with the aromatic elixir. Set aside for three days and decant or filter.
Dose.—1 to 2 mils (15 to 30 minims) for repeated administration; for a single administration, 4 to 8 mils (1 to 2 fluid drachms).
