Dry Extract of Euonymus 1.00 | 87 ½ grains
Tincture of Lemon 25.00 | 5 fl. ounces
Miscible Liquid Extract of Cascara 50.00 | 10 fl. ounces
Glycerin ... to 100.00 | to 20 fl. ounces

Rub the extract of euonymus with 15 (3 fluid ounces) of the tincture of lemon in a mortar, filter, wash the residue with the remainder of the tincture of lemon, add the miscible liquid extract of cascara, and make up to the required volume with glycerin.
Dose.—2 to 4 mils (½ to 1 fluid drachm).
